Linda Farynyk joined the Berren Law Firm in 2007. Linda helps clients with many aspects of the firm’s practice, from estate planning to guardianships. Among her varied daily responsibilities: arranging consultations, answering clients’ questions about estate planning, and helping prepare documents for estate planning, estate settlement, guardianships and Medicaid applications. With her broad professional background, including previous roles ranging from customer support to quality assurance and technical writing, Linda provides our clients with expert, exceptional service.
“I find it rewarding to be a friend to our clients and to assist them in navigating the complex and often unfamiliar world of estate planning and estate settlements,” says Linda. “Helping clients understand the legal concepts can put their minds at ease as we work through the process, which might otherwise be overwhelming.”
Linda has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. An accomplished organist, she enjoys serving as a choir accompanist.
